Cameron students, faculty and staff celebrated Cameron academic success at this year’s Convocation ceremony at 10 a.m., Oct. 6, in the Aggie Gym. After a processional and presentation of colors, CU senior Lorenzo Butler led the National Anthem ahead of a welcome by President John McArthur and a call to convocation by Vice President for Academic Affairs Ronna Vanderslice. CU Student Government Association President Hannah Vossen recognized CU honor students, after which students Lauren Adkinson, Butler and Ana Paez reflected on their experiences at Cameron.
